Contract Position | 6 Months W-2 contract

Overview
Our client is a leading financial services organization that delivers critical payment services and solutions to financial institutions across the United States. We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end quality assurance through close collaboration with developers, product owners, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
- Develop, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts
- Assist in building CI/CD pipelines to execute test scripts on schedule
- Work across teams to validate end-to-end flows and ensure seamless integration
- Document, track, and resolve software defects in collaboration with product delivery teams
- Ensure quality is built into software solutions throughout the development lifecycle
- Develop and communicate software quality measures reporting reliability, compliance, performance, and security
- Collaborate closely with delivery partners to align QA services with product delivery approaches
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in software quality engineering, preferably in financial services
- Strong expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline development and test automation frameworks
- Proficiency in defect tracking and quality assurance tools
- Knowledge of software quality metrics and reporting
- Experience with end-to-end testing and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
