Overview

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a 12-month contract engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology platforms and drive strategic IT initiatives in a dynamic energy sector environment. The position is based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery
  • Integrate data across multiple information systems using advanced tools and methodologies
  • Utilize Smartsheets, Microsoft Power BI, and Maximo for project management and data analysis
  • Implement DataMesh and Data Shuttle solutions for seamless data integration
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in IT project/program management
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong experience with project management methodologies (PMP certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Power BI, and Maximo systems
  • Experience with data integration tools including DataMesh and Data Shuttle
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
