Position Overview

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced UX Product Owner to join their dynamic team. This senior-level position requires 11-15 years of experience and combines project management expertise with user experience leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development for UX initiatives
• Manage complex projects from conception through delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Define and prioritize product requirements and user stories
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and present project status updates
• Ensure adherence to UX best practices and design standards
• Analyze user feedback and data to drive product decisions
• Coordinate with business units to align product goals with organizational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 11-15 years of experience in project management and/or product ownership
• Strong background in UX/UI design principles and methodologies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Must be local to West Palm Beach area (within 45-minute commute)
• Ability to work hybrid schedule with regular on-site presence required
