Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end quality assurance in a mission-critical financial services environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge payment technologies while ensuring the highest standards of software quality, reliability, and security. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products that impact the entire U.S. financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies
• Develop, maintain, and execute both automated and manual test scripts
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
• Collaborate across teams to validate end-to-end workflows and system integrations
• Document, track, and resolve software defects in partnership with product delivery teams
• Ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle through peer reviews and QA processes
• Develop and communicate quality metrics covering reliability, compliance, accessibility, performance, and security
• Partner with delivery teams to align QA services with product delivery approaches

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or Software Test Engineer
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
• Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies
• Knowledge of software quality metrics and reporting
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
