Administrative Support - Nuclear Outage Operations
Location: Seabrook, NH | Contract: 2 Months | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking dedicated Administrative Assistants to provide critical support during nuclear facility outage operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the highly regulated nuclear industry while contributing to safe and compliant operations. The role involves supporting Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty processes, ensuring all personnel meet strict Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct drug testing collections including breathalyzer and urinalysis procedures
- Perform fingerprinting services for security clearance processing
- Proctor psychological examinations in accordance with regulatory standards
- Validate government-issued identification documents
- Review and process Personal History Questionnaires for completeness and accuracy
- Execute data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with personnel throughout processing activities
- Ensure all documentation meets NRC, company, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and security protocols at all times
- Support outage in-processing activities as needed
Requirements
- 0-5 years of administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional attention to detail and self-checking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods during testing procedures
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Professional communication abilities
- Must successfully complete nuclear clearance process
- Must complete and maintain Fitness for Duty certification
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
- Commitment to safety procedures and protocols
