Position Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead critical marketing technology initiatives and serve as a bridge between stakeholder requirements and successful digital delivery. This role demands a professional with 6-10 years of relevant experience who can manage complex projects, mentor team members, and deliver measurable business results through digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project intake process, collating and synthesizing stakeholder requirements to establish clear objectives and deliverables
- Manage HubSpot platform implementation, configuration, and optimization for enterprise-level marketing operations
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns and drive website project delivery from conception through completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content management strategies
- Optimize user experiences and ensure content quality across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for digital execution
- Communicate project status and strategic insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot (CMS, CRM, or Marketing Hub)
- Demonstrated expertise in website project management and digital strategy
- Strong understanding of content management systems and digital asset management
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in energy, utility, or large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of digital marketing automation best practices
- Familiarity with website analytics and performance measurement tools
- Background in enterprise-level marketing operations
