About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Services Tech-Level 1 Associate to join their Juno Beach office. In this role, you will support accounting and procurement functions, focusing on purchase order creation, vendor issue resolution, and month-end activities. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals (0–5 years) to build foundational skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders with a focus on commercial content and risk mitigation
- Process Work Cycles and MR 11 transactions accurately
- Support the Jira service desk and respond to urgent requests
- Perform month-end activities and resolve vendor issues
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with peers, customers, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Business Management, IT, Accounts Payable, and the Integrated Supply Chain
- Maintain compliance with company SOX controls and procedures, and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or another administrative finance function
- General understanding of Procurement and Accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments
Preferred Skills
- SAP experience is a plus
